Amy Gustin, SeattleAmy Gustin, CES® is a Qualified Intermediary and REALTOR®; she has been involved in real estate since her youth. Amy is passionate about enabling others to achieve their personal and financial goals through coaching and exposing them to new opportunities to Build their Wealth. As President of 1031 Asset Exchange Group, Amy is actively engaged in facilitating tax-deferred exchanges, for real and personal property under §1031. Amy’s passion for Real Estate has driven her company to be one of the only Northwest firms to focus on educating REALTORS and their clients to Build Wealth through real estate investment and 1031 Exchange strategies. Amy appears regularly at national seminars, tradeshows, and in local real estate circles to discuss 1031 tax and investment strategies. She writes for business magazines and real estate publications. Amy is very involved in the real estate community with the Washington Association of REALTORS®; Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) and Northwest Multiple Listing. She has recently served on the Board and as a Committee Chair for the Snohomish County Camano Association of REALTORS® and was named Affiliate of the Year for 2008. Amy teaches and hosts Build your Wealth seminars statewide. She is a local native who graduated from the University of Washington and enjoys outdoor activities in the Northwest. In a typical year she facilitates 30 or more skill building workshops and is involved in the coordination of hundreds of the most difficult types of exchanges.
