Frank Nardo GRI Scholarship

Each year, the Washington Association of REALTORS® sponsors the Frank Nardo Memorial GRI Scholarship to help members pay for tuition and expenses to complete the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) program. To be eligible for this year's scholarship(s), you must submit an application to your local association prior to Feb. 15, 2008.

The selection committee will award scholarship(s) using the following criteria:

Evidence that real estate is and will be a full-time career for the individual
Evidence of a desire to become a better REALTOR®
Involvement in promoting the professional image of REALTORS® evidenced by involvement in the real estate community extra-curricular activities, etc.
Success record in the real estate profession

To be eligible for a Frank Nardo GRI Scholarship, you must be a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Washington Association of REALTORS® and a member of your local REALTOR® association. Also, each scholarship recipient must be a Washington real estate licensee in good standing at the time of the initial application and must remain a REALTOR® during the two-year term of the scholarship.

Scholarship winner(s) will be announced during the Washington REALTORS® Spring Business Meeting at the Awards program.
