To graduate from Leadership Institute NW, a participant is expected to attend all three sessions. Dates and locations are subject to change:

The retreat format is to arrive mid-day to evening of the first date, followed by two intensive days of workshops and discovery. The last retreat will wrap up with an invitation being extended to all previous LINW graduates for an all-class reunion.
