Our room block is now open until Weds, August 24, 2011. After that date, reservations will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.

Davenport Tower (located across the street from the Historic Hotel)
$129 single/double occupancy

Reservations can be made by calling the Davenport Hotel at 1-800-899-1482 and referencing Washington REALTORS® to receive the group discounted rate.
There is a parking fee associated with staying at the Davenport Hotel. We will receive a 50% discount on 2011 Self-Park pricing. Current daytime and overnight self-park rates are $15.00 per vehicle. The Davenport Hotel and Tower self park garage is located on the corner of Post and 1st Street.
