WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
2025 Local Association Presidents, Local Association Executives and 2025 Washington REALTORS® Executive Committee members. Even though your registration is complimentary, you must register to ensure accurate meal counts. Registration includes meeting materials, meals during the conference including both evening events (Welcome Reception for Leadership Conference attendees, Wednesday, October 23 and a group dinner on Thursday, October 24. Other leaders from local associations interested in attending the Leadership Conference are welcome to do so on a “no-host” basis, as space allows, and the cost is $200.

HOW DO I REGISTER?
Registration is now available through Tuesday, October 15. REGISTER HERE. Your registration for the Leadership Conference includes the Welcome Reception on October 23 and Group Dinner on October 24.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Reservations can be made by calling the Heathman Lodge reservation desk at 1-360-254-3100 and, referencing Washington REALTORS® to receive the group discount rate of $159.00 single/double occupancy per night. Additional persons in the room (up to
a total of 4 persons) will be at the rate of $10 per person, per night. A nightly Facilities Fee of $10 per guestroom will be applied to all reservations. This fee includes the use of hotel amenities including parking, pool, sauna, workout room,
onsite laundry services and internet. All fees include applicable tax. The group rate will be honored until Wednesday, October 2 or until our room block is full. Reservations after this date will be accepted based on the hotel’s availability
and their current rate. PLEASE BOOK YOUR ROOM PRIOR TO WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 2.

A complete schedule of events will be available on our website closer to the date of the conference. The
Leadership Conference will kick off with the Welcome Reception beginning at 5:00pm on Wednesday, October 23 at El Gaucho - Witness Tree Lounge, 510 Waterfront Way, Vancouver followed by dinner on your own. A listing of local restaurants will be available
on our conference website closer to the event. The Leadership Conference general session will begin on Thursday, October 24 at 8:30am and conclude no later than Noon on Friday, October 25.
