The 2022 WR Leadership Conference will be offered in hybrid format which will include both an in-person and virtual option. The Conference will consist of two half-day sessions, beginning at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 14 and concluding at Noon on Friday, October 15. Online registration will open soon and close at COB on Friday, October 8. Even though registration is complimentary for 2022 Local Association Presidents, Local Association Executives and 2022 WR Executive Committee members, you must register to ensure you are on the conference distribution list to receive materials and last-minute updates, and for those attending in-person, so that we have accurate meal counts.

Important Items to Know if Attending In-Person

Washington REALTORS® and President-elect Cheri Daniels are committed to maintaining a healthy atmosphere for all attendees joining us in person at Semiahmoo. Washington REALTORS® will be implementing the following safety protocols for the best interest of our members, WR staff and resort personnel.

All In-Person Attendees Must:

Provide proof of full vaccination (Pfizer, Moderna or Johnson & Johnson/Janssen accepted) OR proof of a negative COVID-19 Test. Documents can be uploaded in advance during the registration process or on the conference website prior to the start of the conference. Vaccination records and testing status will remain confidential. Note: Fully vaccinated means 2 shots of Pfizer or Moderna; 1 shot of Johnson & Johnson/Janssen and it has been 2 weeks after your final shot was received Take your COVID-19 test in advance no further than 72 hours before the start of the Leadership Conference (Noon on Thursday, October 14) if not vaccinated. Masks are required for all attendees at all times, regardless of vaccination status, except when actively eating or drinking. Socially distanced seating will be provided. Attendees will be asked to agree to the COVID-19 liability waiver during the registration process. A copy of the waiver can be found here. Attendees may indicate their contact comfort level by wearing a color-coded bracelet, and we ask that attendees respect each other’s contact comfort. If attendees are not in compliance with the event protocols, they will be asked to leave the conference.



Dinner Information

We will be hosting a dinner the evening of Thursday, October 14 for all in-person attendees. Guests can be included for the evening event however, there will be a $55 charge. To bring a guest, you can register them online during the registration process. All guests will need to adhere to and meet the health and safety protocols set forth for in-person attendees.

That means at all times being respectful of others and of the venues in which events are held, including virtual meetings platforms, broadcast platforms chats, and virtual networking chat rooms associated with WR events. WR aims to provide a safe event experience for all attendees and does not tolerate inappropriate behavior or harassment in any form. Inappropriate behavior includes harassing or defamatory verbal or written comments, displays of illicit images or use of illicit language, threats, intimidation, discrimination and unwanted physical contact. Meeting Policies WR reserves the right to remove any guest who is disruptive. Presentation materials are copyrighted by the speakers, their companies or others from whom they have received permission to use. Written permission from the Association/speaker is required before recording or re-publishing. Attendees who violate this Statement of Appropriate Event Conduct may be removed from the meetings. In addition, attendees found in violation of this Statement may not be permitted to participate in future WR events at the discretion of association leadership.
