The Hilton Hotel has parking available in their underground facility.  All guests registered in the WR room block will receive a 50% discount off self-parking rates to a $7.50 per day rate.

The following document outlines the proposed resolution postponing the elections for Vice President-elect of Operations and Membership until the 2015 September Board of Directors meeting. This resolution will require two-thirds (2/3) of the vote cast for approval.

It is the consensus of the Board that elections for the positions of President-elect, Treasurer-elect and Vice President-elect of Government Affairs shall take place April 17, 2015 as per the bylaws.  Elections for the positions of Vice President-elect of Operations and the Vice President-elect of Membership shall take place September 18, 2015.
Accordingly a resolution will be voted on at the April 17, 2015 board meeting; such resolution will be noticed to the board 30 days in advance of the April 17, 2015 meeting and will require an affirmative vote of two-thirds of the votes cast for approval.
