Board Voting Demonstration

Voting Board Members, if you pre-registered for the live demo of the voting platform on Monday, September 20th at 12:00pm, you will have been sent a confirmation email containing a link and information on how to join the demo. This is an opportunity to familiarize (or re-familiarize) yourself with the online voting system, Election Buddy, that we will use for voting during the Board of Directors meeting at the Virtual Fall Business Conference on Friday the 24th.
 
If you did not pre-register for the demo before the Saturday deadline, you are still more than welcome to listen in on the live demo here. We also have BOD Voting Instructions HERE and we'll play a short tutorial video during the Friday Board meeting. 


MEETING CODE OF CONDUCT

WR strives to provide an event experience that is positive and rewarding for everyone. By attending a WR event, you agree to abide by this Statement of Appropriate Event Conduct and Meeting Policies.

Statement of Appropriate Event Conduct
All attendees (including WR members, guests, exhibitors, staff and vendors) are expected to conduct themselves professionally and with good judgment and common sense. That means at all times being respectful of others and of the venues in which events are held, including virtual meetings platforms, broadcast platforms chats, and virtual networking chat rooms associated with WR events.

WR aims to provide a safe event experience for all attendees and does not tolerate inappropriate behavior or harassment in any form. Inappropriate behavior includes harassing or defamatory verbal or written comments, displays of illicit images or use of illicit language, threats, intimidation, discrimination and unwanted physical contact.

Meeting Policies
WR reserves the right to remove any guest who is disruptive.

Presentation materials are copyrighted by the speakers, their companies or others from whom they have received permission to use. Written permission from the Association/speaker is required before recording or re-publishing.

Attendees who violate this Statement of Appropriate Event Conduct may be removed from the meetings. In addition, attendees found in violation of this Statement may not be permitted to participate in future WR events at the discretion of association leadership.
