Department of Licensing Changes

IMPORTANT NOTICE FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF LICENSING:

The DOL is ending their Olympia Office Counter Services.
Starting January 1, 2016, the Real Estate Programs will no longer offer counter services at the Olympia Office.  Because of this change, initial license applicants will use their application as an interim license. The department will no longer provide a separate interim license for initial, renewal or other purposes.
