2025 Legislative Session Overview
The 2025 Washington State Legislative Session brought both opportunities and challenges for real estate and the broader business community. A key focus was the Legislature’s ongoing efforts to address Washington’s housing supply and affordability crisis.

RPAC Did That! 
In 2023-24 Washington REALTORS RPAC led the charge on the passage of unprecedented pro-housing legislation. 

RPAC Resources 
RPAC (REALTOR® Political Action Committee) is one of one of the largest PACS in Washington and supports legislative efforts in favor of the real estate industry on behalf of WR members.

Fair Housing Resources
Observed each April to commemorate the landmark 1968 Fair Housing Act in which U.S. law was established that prohibited discrimination in housing. Explore the WR events, articles and resources available that support Fair Housing for all.
