What was said about Erin:

Erin has received Rookie of the Year for both NPSAR 2021 and WIAR 2022. Erin moved back from Portland to help Jim and me with our real estate office. She gave up a thriving career in Portland to move home and help her dad and me due to his cancer diagnosis. Erin has been an impressive realtor from day one. She loves to learn and has shown amazing commitment to her clients and profession by continuously taking classes and earning numerous certifications/designations. In less than two years, she has earned the AHWD, GREEN, MRP, PSA, SRES, ABR, and DRI certifications/designations. She is working towards finishing her CRS, SFR, and SRS certifications and designations, which are her goal to complete before the end of 2023. The financial cost and hours she has dedicated to learning and being the best she can be at her profession have paid off. Erin has closed 44 transactions in the last 21 months. In 2021, Erin closed $3.8 million in sales volume. In 2022, she is at $7.9 million in sales volume so far. Erin was on the Education Committee for NPSAR and proctored/monitored several classes. Erin coached her niece and nephew's soccer teams back-to-back games and practices for both spring and fall of 2021 and 2022. Erin has attended Spring and Fall WA Realtor Conferences and has been an active participant while attending meetings and being engaged in networking. Erin is on the Board of Directors of North Whidbey Hearts & Hammers, where her social media skills have been invaluable. Erin is the 2023 NPSAR Education Committee Vice Chair and 2024 Education Chair. She is 2023 WIAR's Secretary. She accomplished all this while helping our family care for her dad, who needed 24/7 care after having four surgeries since February 2022 due to jaw cancer and having his lower jaw removed.
