Tracie Chaote

Tracie is a wonderful example of what being a REALTOR® is all about. She actively is involved in our Association and currently serves us as President-Elect of Thurston County REALTORS®, and previously served as Commercial Director for the association. 

  Tracie has been in the Real Estate industry for 25 years. After managing a large RE/MAX office for 3 years, she opened her own brokerage just over a year ago and has quickly grown from 3 to over 40 brokers in that time, adding many new REALTORS® to the association ranks. She has super star skill level in brokerage management and agent coaching and is extremely well connected in the local business community and government.  

  She is community driven and generous with her time and resources, is involved in multiple civic organizations at any time; currently serving as the President Elect for the Yelm Chamber of Commerce, Chair for the Citizens in Support of Yelm Schools, and President Elect for Thurston County REALTORS® Association, as well as sitting on many other committees or advisory boards. This is just her most recent contribution, which is why she was awarded the Volunteer of the Year for the Nisqually Valley and the Fay Fuller Award amongst her many other past accolades. No one better exemplifies the REALTOR® Pledge, and she models those tenants for her brokers daily.
