Member Benefit Presidential Advisory Group Update
At the Washington REALTORS® 2025 Fall Conference, concerns were raised by members regarding some of our member benefits. The primary concerns were related to the accessibility of our Legal Hotline videos to non-members and whether WR should offer Forewarn as a statewide member benefit.WR President John Blom and President-elect Ryan Beckett appointed a Presidential Advisory Group (PAG) to study these issues and make recommendations to the Executive Committee. The PAG’s report was presented to the Executive Committee last week, and President John Blom quickly stepped out right after the vote to record a personal update about the recently approved recommendations.
