Legislative Update: SB 6091 Passes the Senate Unanimously
Washington REALTORS® is pleased to share that SB 6091, our priority legislation to ensure the public availability of residential listings, passed unanimously off the Senate floor Tuesday, February 10, 2026. This bill would prohibit real estate brokers from marketing residential properties only to an exclusive or limited group of buyers or brokers unless the property is also marketed to the general public and all other Washington real estate licensees, with narrow safety-related exceptions.
