Pat Ohmberger
Pat Ohmberger is an associate broker with HOME Real Estate in Lincoln Nebraska with
30 years in the real estate industry. Pat has served as president for the REALTORS®
Association of Lincoln (RAL), the Nebraska REALTORS® Association (NRA), and the
Nebraska Women's Council of REALTORS® (WCR).
During her eight years as the fund-raising chair for the Nebraska REALTORS® Political
Action Committee (RPAC), Nebraska achieved the coveted Presidents Cup seven times.
Pat was inducted into the Nebraska RPAC Hall of Fame in 2011. Pat is a second tier,
National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) RPAC Hall of Fame member. Pat has
served on the NAR Residential Issues and Trends Research Committee. She is a 2011
NAR Leadership Academy graduate and served as the 2020 NAR Region 8, vicepresident.
Pat’s community involvement includes the Leadership Lincoln Fellows Program. The
Lincoln chapter of the Red Cross board of directors. The Lincoln Chamber of Commerce
public policy committee and the Lincoln/Lancaster County Emergency Medical Services
oversight board.
Pat is a wife, mother of four and grandmother of six. Pat’s real estate passion is
supporting private property rights and serving her clients. Pat is a shining example of the
servant leader role model through her willingness to serve others and give of her time and
talents.
