This session introduces real estate professionals to the ethical, legal, and professional responsibility considerations associated with the use of artificial intelligence in real estate practice. Participants explore common risk areas, including accuracy, disclosure, reliance on  AI-generated information, and consumer protection concerns. Through instructor-led discussion and demonstration, the course emphasizes awareness of brokerage policies, industry standards, and decision-making frameworks that help professionals evaluate when and how AI may be used responsibly in real estate activities.

This session is part of a 5-course AI series. Participants must complete at least 3 of the 5 sessions to receive continuing education (CE) credit. Completion of fewer than three sessions will result in no CE credit awarded.
