REALTOR® of the Year Award

Since 1955, this award has recognized outstanding service to the Local, State and National Associations as well as community involvement. The REALTOR® of the Year demonstrates what we call “REALTOR® Spirit”, a faithfulness to the principles of the REALTOR® organization, professionalism and the Code of Ethics.

REALTOR® Achievement Award

This award is given to the REALTOR® who is active at the local, state and national associations. Nominees must demonstrate involvement in civic, community or business affairs and must exhibit a commitment to education, professionalism and ethical business practices

Community Service Award

The REALTOR® Community Service Award is based on the outstanding contributions of a REALTOR® to the local community. Based on information and accomplishments in the previous five years.

Partner of the Year Award

This award is given to a cooperating association, news media, service provider, community activist group, etc. Selection will be based on community affairs, support of REALTOR® issues and support of REALTOR® efforts overall.

Citizen of the Year Award

This award is given to a non-REALTOR® and selection is based on nominee’s contribution of service to the public, i.e., as a public official, educator, business professional, philanthropist, etc. Each year we recognize a non-REALTOR® citizen that makes a significant contribution to the health and vibrancy of our communities.

Affiliate of the Year Award

This award is open to non-REALTORS® associated with the real estate industry such as employees of title companies, lending institutions, appraisers, etc. Affiliates are some of the best supporters of our Association and industry!

Life Service Award

The Life Service Award celebrates up to two REALTORS® each year who have been actively engaged with the association over a career span of 25 years or more and exempts them from paying state dues after the year of award. Applications for the Life Service Award must come on behalf of either the local or state association. See the nomination form for more criteria on eligibility for this award...

YPN REALTOR to Watch Award

This award is given to a REALTOR® member who is active at the local & state level. Nominees should be involved in recruiting and representing young professionals in the real estate industry and living up to the goals and mission of NAR’s Young Professionals Network.

WR Excellence in Education Award

This award celebrates outstanding contributions to Washington REALTORS® real estate education in Washington State. It honors individuals who elevate REALTOR® professionalism through innovative teaching, impactful program development, and active leadership in education at the local, state, or national level. This award recognizes those who not only teach but transform. All nominees must be REALTOR® members or Industry affiliate REALTOR® members.
