In Part four of our Industry Evolutions series, Annie Fitzimmons and Eric Johnson, Broker/Owner of Coldwell Banker Tomlinson North in Spokane, discuss statewide forms revisions going live on October 3rd. In this fourth video in the series, Annie and Eric discuss the exclusive buyer agency agreement that will now become Form 41, and replace Form 41 A & B. Also discussed are the conceptual changes in the industry driving the evolution in the buyer/broker agreement.
