Today's Legal Hotline video reviews a question that Annie Fitzsimmons (WR's Legal Hotline Lawyer) receives on a daily basis... "Do I have to disclose" (from the Broker) or "Must Seller disclose that... ?" — typically regarding some sort of material information about the Seller's property, such as, being haunted, the location of a suicide, near a homeless camp, or near unpermitted construction work...
